Leadership positions for design projects are each assigned a profit percentage performance bonus. Coordinators, Directors, Department Leads, and Team Leaders each have an assigned profit percentage. Additionally, each department will be assigned a percentage to be distributed by the director of said department to non leadership employees based on their performance.

Because of our modular organizational structure, a percentage of profits generated by each entertainment product will be distributed to those who contribute to that specific product, encouraging dedication and quality work.

Due to the profit based nature of performance bonuses, and because final bonus percentages will be established at the time of each contract finalization, it is impossible to give an accurate examples of profit bonus amounts; however, the following chart demonstrates a potential profit based bonus distribution.
